Orders and Shipping
I want to cancel my order.
If your order has not yet shipped, email us at info@youngbykims.com. We will try to cancel your order, however if it has shipped out the item/s are subject to our refund policy.
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us at info@youngbykims.com or directly on the website chat with your order number and updated address so we can adjust it for you. If your address needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. Once a package has been assigned tracking we are unable to make adjustments.
One or more items are missing from my order.
If something’s missing, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@youngbykims.com or send us a DM on Instagram with your order number.
We’ll get back to you promptly and make sure your missing item is sent out right away.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please not that there will be no refunds on customized pieces.

Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
